You are given the chance to print your PassPack account information when you sign up. We highly urge you to do that, and put it in an extremely safe place.
If you forget your User ID or Pass
Please write to support@passpack.com from the email address that you registered with, and include your Client Code and/or User ID. Please give us a short explanation so that we can understand if we are able to help you or not.
If you forget your Packing Key
- If you have recently changed your Packing Key, and you remember the previous one, but not the new one, then we can try to rollback your account. Depending on what version of PassPack (Beta4 or Beta5) you were using when you changed Packing Key, you may or may not loose any changes you’ve made since then. Again, this depends, but it’s better than loosing everything.
. - If your account is empty (you’ve never really used it), and you can’t remember the Packing Key, we can delete the account for you and let you start over anew.
If you would like to try either of these options, write to support@passpack.com from the email address that you registered with, include your Client Code and/or User ID and request a “rollback” or “account deletion” - a short explanation might help as well.
Under any other circumstances… sorry, we can not help you.
