First - welcome to all of our new users! We’ve gotten a few emails in the past week from folks needing some help getting started, so here are some quick instructions.
PassPack has added Rapid Access Login - better known as the “remember me” feature. This helps make PassPack a more seamless part of your day.
You are given the chance to print your PassPack account information when you sign up. We highly urge you to do that, and put it in an extremely safe place.
That means that HELLO, Hello and heLLo are considered three totally different things, because they have different combinations of upper and lower case letters.
